Direct Service Plumbing is a family-owned, locally-led plumbing company serving the Charlotte metro. Built on the simple promise that every customer deserves an honest answer, a fair quote, and a fix that actually holds.

Owner Alex leads every job — no commission-driven sales reps in your house, no upsells. Just licensed master plumbers solving plumbing problems the way they should be solved: correctly, the first time, in writing.

Today we serve homeowners across Charlotte, Matthews, Gastonia, Concord, Huntersville, Belmont, Pineville, and surrounding communities. Whether it's a same-day burst-pipe call or a scheduled tankless install, the same crew shows up, the same workmanship warranty applies, and the same name is on every truck.
